Fully Pneumatic - Tire has an inflatable inner tube.

‍

Semi-Pneumatic - Tire has air cavities meant to cushion the ride rather than an innertube. This style of tire is not inflatable.

All semi-pneumatic tires are permanently mounted to a motor in the rear wheel and are designed to last the life of the board. These tires will not develop a flat as they are solid rubber with no inner tube.
